my friend swallowed a capsule that opened in his throat, turmeric burned his esophagus so I go with gummies if I'm not cooking.
the first version of this I tried was great, then a different recipe was terrible, these are good again. Maybe too good, I keep them on the shelf and take out my two for the day so I don't start snacking. I prefer to add powder to oil when i'm cooking but when I don't want to cook, this is a good alternative
