Suggested Use: 1 capsule daily 1 hour prior to sleep. For best results use this product for at least 7 to 10 days to help promote normal sleep.

I have started taking this with several other products to help me sleep and I do seem to have sounder sleep. Hard for me to know if it is Seditol or one of the others.Helps some
I have been on Seditol for 6 weeks now. It helps me fall asleep for the first 3 hrs. Then I am awake usually a while unless I take Trytopure, and sometimes Valerian Root 200 mg. I was on just the last 2 products before and doing very well. This has definitely helped some, but still have some nights of 3-4 hrs. I have as many good nights as bad which is an improvement for me. I told my sister about it. She has been on it for a week and has seen some improvement also.
