I needed to change up, after using Swanson brand for a few months. This was a gentle, effective, economical choice. All depends on your own belly, though. Different people need different enzymes.Works for me!
I started taking these enzymes a while ago and found relief immediately. Finally, I bought the largest bottle available so I can take an extra dose if needed. These work great and I plan to continue them. I keep a stash with me at all times and pop one if I happen to eat something too fatty to digest on my own. Win, win!Best enzymes!
I've tried them all ...these work great without overkill...many of the others are just too strong. All enzymes need to be taken before the first bite of food to work their best. I never even have a snack without taking these first! I highly recommend Source Naturals Essential Enzymes.
