Great noodles once you soften them up
Today was the first day I used kelp noodles and I was surprised with their initial crunchy texture I saw online that you could mix baking soda and lemon juice in the bottom of a bowl, add the noodles and than massage the mixture thru the kelp. After a while the noodle texture softened and after rinsing, they were ready to go. I heated them up with a little flavoring and they were great. We had been looking for an alternative noodle for our autistic adult son who has been gulping down ramen noodles at over 200 plus calories a serving. He ate them and took my bowl to finish also. These noodles have a good nutrient profile and have almost no calories!Amazing Versatile Noodles!
Great stuff! Can make any noodle dish my heart desires without any guilt or worry about my weight/diet plan! I constantly recommend these to everyone. Will definitely buy again!!! I just wish these were easily accessible in store.I didn’t like them at all.
I found them horrible. I really wanted to like them but they were inedible to me. I couldn’t even eat more than a fork full. I threw away the 2nd bag. I was very disappointed. They didn’t taste anything like a noodle. The shiitake noodles are way better and I will continue to order those.
