Directions for use:
For Daily Maintenance: Adults and Children over 4 years: Take 2 (10 mL) teaspoons daily.

We really wanted to like this product but the taste is horrible. Even the texture was not for me. My husband wouldn't touch it either. Regardless of the benefits. He didn't care.
