Ingredients: Deionized aqua/water/eau, Aloe barbadensis gel*, sorbitol, glycerin (vegetarian), poloxamer 407, supercritical extracts of: Mentha piperita (peppermint) leaf, Mentha viridis (spearmint) leaf, Eugenia caryophyllus (clove) bud*, Pimpinella anisum (anise) fruit oil* and Azadirachta indica (neem) leaf*, Thymus serphyllum (white thyme) leaf oil, ascorbic acid, xylitol, potassium sorbate.

Directions: Rinse or gargle twice daily, or as often as desired. For maximum benefit, hold in your mouth for 1-2 minutes. Do not swallow. To maintain product integrity, pour into the cap for each use.

I bought this along with a toothpaste with Neem and pomegranate . I like them both very much and will continue to use each until I see the dentist again in March of 2020. If there is good news then this combo will be my staple for good mouth hygiene. It neither tastes bad or good so there is a perk.
