Nattokinase is an enzyme isolated from natto, a traditional Japanese fermented soy food. Natto has been consumed safely for thousands of years for its numerous health benefits. More recently, both clinical and non-clinical studies have demonstrated that nattokinase supports heart health and promotes healthy circulation. Each serving of NOW Nattokinase provides 2000 FU (Fibrinolytic Units). Contains soy derivative. Contains no Vitamin K.

Suggested Usage: Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily on an empty stomach.

Been using it for years as doctor recommended.Good "scrubber"
I use this at night on a fasting stomach and then again in the morning well before eating and keep anti-oxidents in my system and this really helps open things back up for some proper cleaning (now that I know better ways to protect my body from injuries and exposures).Good Product
