I have received Zero positive effect from Maca, either in the bedroom or the gym. None. A huge letdown and total waste of my money. I truly don't understand all these 5 leaf reviews.Swanson does carry some products that have given me positive results in both places, those being D-Aspartic Acid and Tribulus.I will not waste my money on Maca again.Very effective
