X is a homeopathic dilution.
Dosage: Adults 18 and over: 1 tablet sublingually or dissolved completely in mouth 2 to 3 times per day or as directed by a physician.

I gave it 3 stars because it works for a friend of mine. She told me to try it. It doesn't work for me. I won't be ordering it again. Fibromyalgia is an individual thing.relief!
