Ingredients: Magnesium Chloride Brine
Provides approximately 70 mg of elemental magnesium for every 4 sprays or 500 mg per teaspoon.
Directions: Spray 4-5 times onto skin and massage the area. Can be reapplied as desired. A slight white residue may form on skin surface, which can be wiped or rinsed off. Add 2 ounces to your bath or foot soak and immerse for 20-30 minutes. This spray can also be used as a deodorant.
Caution: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a licensed health care practitioner.
