Jarro-Dophilus + FOS is a high potency, hypoallergenic formulation that survives stomach acid. Each capsule contains 6 species combination of the Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria at a potency of approximately 3.4 billion organisms. The formula also includes 210 mg of FOS, which are natural carbohydrates that enhance replication of beneficial bacteria. Keep in the refrigerator.

One of my favorite probiotics
I take probiotics daily and have read that it is good to rotate different strains and brands instead of taking the same probiotic daily forever. I've tried many different products over the years and find Jarrow brand overall, and this product in particular, very effective. I rotate in a bottle of this probiotic once or twice a year.Great probiotic
