Don't like it nearly as the capsules. I like the capsules much better. I won't buy these again. They don't seem to be as strong as the capsules.Good

I have used earthrise spirulina for over forty years. Never felt it necessary to look elsewhere. YMMV. Mine doesn’t. You can probably pay more. Do so if that’s justified for you. Never been over 200lbs at 6’2”, plenty of energy to do physical construction work at 64 in gulf coast heat, and I can feel the effects of earthrise spirulina each day I take it, and miss it if I don’t. Highly recommended and Swanson has the best price and service.
