quality biotin
Country Life is one of the supplement manufacturers I have on my better company list. It was founded in 1971 and is a family owned business which seems to be committed to trusted products. Therefore, I chose them for biotin. Have used it for many years and noticed improvement in nails and hair. Caution: biotin supplements might interfere with the results of many different blood lab tests.Excellant Product

I noticed a significant difference in my hair and nails just after a couple weeks of taking this product. It is a fairly high dose of Biotin and should only be taken for short periods of time as it can throw other B vitamins out of balance in your body. This is a great quality product for a fantastic price.
