Big boost to digestion
This is my first time using this, but I’ve already noticed a difference after a couple of days. My digestion and evacuation are so much better and more complete. I notice the difference when I forget to take it. I highly recommend it. Country Life has been around a while, and this is a quality product.Also love that it’s packed in glass!Tablets too big
Unfortunately the tables are too big. Manufacturer should reduce the size to at least 30% less volume. Difficult to swallow.Helps with Adkins and Paleo-style eating
I started taking HCL w/Pepsin when I was on a high-protein diet because it seemed to take too long for food to process through upper and lower GI.The way I understand it is, when I load my stomach with heavy/solid foods repeatedly I am asking my stomach acid to work overtime to create enough for digestion 7 days per week. HCL w/pepsin adds more acid which increases digestibility. My gut doesn't work so hard.HCL, taken after consuming meats, cheeses and other difficult to digest foods, makes a comfortable difference.I've been using UniKey's HCL+2 for effectiveness (it contains pepsin and ox bile), but for value this HCL+1 is good enough. It works.RELIEF
For many, many years, my mother took HCL drops in a glass of water, sipping it through a straw to avoid the acid on her teeth. it always seemed such a difficult situation as she couldn't take that with her when ever she ate out. But HCL in a form so much easier to take with her, so much easier to take before meals has made a big difference in things for her. She digests food much more easily because of the product and wherever she goes due to the form you have put it in.
