BASIC PREPARATION
- 3 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill® Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
- 1 cup cold Water
Stir together nonfat dry milk powder and water until dissolved. Makes 1 cup
HOT CHOCOLATE MIX
- ¼ cup Dutch Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup Bob's Red Mill® Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- ½ tsp Kosher Salt
In a medium bowl, sift together all ingredients. Stir until well combined. Makes 4 servings.
For 1 Serving: Stir together ¼ cup Hot Chocolate Mix and 1 cup boiling water in a mug.
USAGE TIPS:
- Add to smoothies, milkshakes and ice cream recipes for a creamier flavor and texture
- Add milk powder to make bread dough richer: if your recipe calls for 1 cup water, add 3 tablespoons milk powder and 1 cup water

- Fresh cheeses such as ricotta and cottage cheese
