INGREDIENTS: Whole Grain Oats, Cane Sugar, Diced Dried Apples, Flaxseed Meal, Salt, Cinnamon.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Stovetop:

Bring 2/3 cup water to a boil. Add oats, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.

Boiling Water:

Place oats in a heatproof bowl and add ½ cup boiling water. Stir, cover and let stand for 3-5 minutes, until water is absorbed.

Microwave:

Place oats in a microwave-safe bowl and add ½ cup water. Stir, cover and microwave on high for 1-1:30 minutes, until water is absorbed. Let stand for 1 minute. Stir well before eating.

Store in a cool dry place.

Pure simple product

Excellent product. Its ingredients are fully disclosed. No “natural flavors” that they don't say what they are.
