CHOCOLATE CAKE
- 3 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Oil, melted Coconut Oil or melted Butter/Ghee
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1 package Bob's Red Mill® Grain Free Chocolate Cake Mix
Preheat oven to 350° F. Oil an 8 inch round cake pan and line with parchment paper.
Whisk together eggs, oil, water and cake mix in a large bowl. Spread evenly in prepared cake pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing and frosting, if desired.
Makes one 8-inch cake.
Store in a cool, dry place.
