BROWNIES
- 3 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Oil, melted Coconut Oil or melted Butter/Ghee
- ½ cup Water
- 1 package Bob's Red Mill® Grain Free Brownie Mix
Preheat oven to 325° F. Oil an 8 x 8-inch pan. In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, oil and brownie mix until well combined. Pour into pan.
For a fudgy brownie, bake for 20-22 minutes, until set and middle no longer jiggles. For a cakey brownie, bake for 25-58 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely before cutting.
Store in a cool, dry place.
