Pancakes (4")
1. 2/3 Cup ARROWHEAD MILLS® BUCKWHEAT PANCAKE & WAFFLE MIX
2. 1 EGG BEATEN OR EGG SUBSTITUTE.
3. 2 tsp. OIL
4. 2 tsp. HONEY
5. ¾ Cup MILK OR WATER
- PREHEAT griddle over medium high heat or preheat electric griddle to 375°F.
- STIR ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking.
- SCOOP pancakes onto preheated griddle that has been lightly oiled. Turn pancakes
when bubbles form on the surface and edges begin to dry, about 1 ½ minutes on
each side.
