Ingredients: Elder Blossom (30%), Whitethorn Berries (20%), Marjoram (20%), Woodruff (20%), Celery Root (10%).
Preparation: Bring water to a rolling boil and pour over 2 teaspoons of tea. Let steep for 20 minutes. Strain and enjoy hot or cold.

Long-term Family Favourite Tea
Other teas come and go over the years but this Almased tea remains the family favourite. Balancing and calming without being soporific. The Almased website describes the health properties of each herb.Great Product!
