Rated 5 out of 5 by Jas722 Unexpected perk
I've always enjoyed this body wash but recently discovered an additional unexpected perk. While sitting outside during the evening (after a Lavender body wash shower), I found that I did not experience a single mosquito bite - Others around me were much less fortunate.

I love this product and use it all the time! But when I discovered Swanson sells this item and at a price better than the store I used to get them from, I stocked up on it. Thank you Swanson for caring about us more than just making money.

gave this each to a friend and they both loved the product. One like that the fragrance was not over powering & one liked the silkiness of the product & that it did not dry out the skin.

The container is huge and lasts a long time. The lavender smell is light and I actually don't smell it after rinsing off. I have been using this for many years and continue to be very pleased.

I love Jason Body wash. I have tried several scents. Lavender , Tea tree, and Peppermint are my favorites. I give these for gifts. All three of my daughters love them too.

This is a great product and an excellent value. The lavender scent is appealing without being overwhelming, and the wash is concentrated enough that only a small amount is necessary. Jason makes great products, and Swanson offers fantastic prices.

I wanted to try Jason’s Lavender Body Wash after I purchased Jason's Tea Tree Body Wash from another online retailer and was extremely happy with the product. I like the lavender body wash okay. I found the scent a little strong at first but after I towel myself dry the scent lighten and was quite pleasant. I recommend the product to anyone. I prefer the scent of the tea tree wash over the lavender and when I go to make another Jason purchase I think I’ll try another scent. Anyone who hasn’t tried the tea tree body wash will be pleasantly surprised at the scent. Its clean and refreshing, not the medicinal scent you find with other tea tree soaps.

If you have sensitive skin and can't handle all the junk in regular soaps, this body wash is great! And the price? You can't beat it! WalMart is asking $15.97 for this very same size - 30 oz. I'm stocking up!

i have used this for many years mainly due to the fact that is smells like its made with pure essential lavender oils. it doesnt lather very much though, which is ok because i know that detergents dry out the skin and do more harm then good when bathing

Rated 2 out of 5 by Bird Overly strong and pervasive perfume
The scent of this product is not unpleasant, but unfortunately the synthetic perfume is so strong and so unhealthy and so pervasive that it takes over everything and won't go away, and it makes me feel like a headache is trying to come on. What a shame, because the product works excellently. But because of the health dangers due to the unhealthy synthetic perfume as well as some other unhealthy ingredients that Jason has started adding in to their body washes, I won't use the Jason body washes anymore.

We use the body wash in our showers and tubs in our B&B. It is easy to use and you do not need to use much soap to wash your body. One of the reasons I love this product is that it does not leave a soap scum in the showers or tubs. When we go to clean the rooms, we know immediately if the guests use their own soap. Our cleaning time increases with other products.

When I asked my husband to eliminate bar soap from our shower for easier cleaning, he agreed give it a try. Upon discovering Jason's Body Satin Lavender, he proclaimed he won't use anything else. An added bonus--its very economical, too! A 5-way winner for me--great product, economical, Swanson carries it, my shower stays clean, and DH is happy! ;)

Cannot beat the price anywhere! Used to get this at the health food store for twice the price.
Copious suds, does not leave skin dry as some natural products do. Citrus is just as good with nice fresh scent. (I do wish they would get rid of myreth sulfate. )
