What is the Swanson Wellness Rewards program?
Swanson Wellness Rewards is a points-based reward program where you can earn points for purchases and other activities and then use those points to redeem rewards.
How do I enroll in the Wellness Rewards program?
Enrolling is easy! Simply log in to your online Swanson Health Product profile and you will be automatically enrolled in the program. Don’t have an online login? No problem! Create an online login at checkout or by clicking on the Account Sign-In/Register button at the top of the Swanson website.
How do I check my points balance?
Sign in to your account by visiting Swanson.com or by clicking on the account icon on Swanson.com. Your account settings page will appear; click on Wellness Rewards to access your rewards dashboard.
How can I redeem my points?
Redeeming points is easy! After adding items to your cart, proceed to the checkout page and select the dropdown on the “Use Your Rewards Points” section. Select the reward you would like to use and click apply. Change your mind? Simply click on “remove” and it will remove that reward and allow you to select a new reward.
Can I use my points and another promotion or giftcard at the same time?
Absolutely! Swanson Wellness Rewards can be combined with any promotion and/or gift certificates. Only one reward redemption can be used per purchase.
What happens if my order is cancelled or refunded?
Any points that were earned as a result of a canceled or returned order will be deducted from your points balance.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire after 6 months. Don’t worry! Simply redeem your points or make a purchase to keep them active.
What if I live outside the US?
Unfortunately, Swanson Wellness Rewards is currently only available to U.S. residents.
