For your security, your credit card information is only kept on file within your own online Swanson account (My Account), unless your choose not to save this information for future purchases or if you check out as a guest.
The amount reflected on your PayPal account and confirmation email may be different from the Swanson confirmation receipt and email we sent you. This is because PayPal has not yet applied any discounts or promotional offers to the order. Please refer to your Swanson receipt and confirmation email for the correct order total.
Unfortunately, if your ship to address is different from your default shipping address in your Swanson My Account, you may wind up with two customer numbers when using PayPal. If this is important to you, to ensure that you don't generate a new customer number, be sure that your PayPal address appears exactly the same way that it appears in your Swanson account.
When you select the pay with PayPal button and log in to your PayPal account, your order will be sent to the shipping address you have set up in PayPal. Part of the perks of using PayPal is that you can preset your payment type and shipping information for quicker checkout. Your PayPal account will override anything that you have set up in your Swanson My Account settings. Once you log in to PayPal, be sure to verify your shipping information within the PayPal interface before selecting the "submit" button. Click here for more information from PayPal.
PayPal is a third party payment tool, and just like MasterCard, Visa, American Express and other credit card types, our Swanson representatives are unable to view your account information. This is a measure to keep your information secure.
We will do whatever possible to fulfill your order requests prior to it processing in our warehouse.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept PayPal orders with backordered items.
Your order may include multiple shipments. Because of this, separate authorizations may occur on your account for each shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until your item(s) have shipped. You will only be charged the total amount given at the time of purchase.
