Do you save my credit card information on the site?
For your security, your credit card information is only kept on file within your own online Swanson account (My Account), unless you choose not to save this information for future purchases or if you check out as a guest.
Why does my PayPal account/confirmation email show a different authorized charge than my Swanson order confirmation receipt/emails?
Your PayPal order total might be different from your Swanson confirmation email because PayPal has not yet applied any discounts or promotional offers. Please refer to your Swanson receipt and confirmation email for the correct order total.
I paid using my PayPal or Amazon account. Why doesn't my order history show up in My Account?
When you select to pay with PayPal or Amazon, your order will be sent to the shipping address you have set up in that account. If that address is different from your default shipping address in your Swanson My Account, you may end up with two customer numbers. To have your accounts merged, contact Email Us.
To ensure that you don't generate a new customer number in the future, verify that your PayPal or Amazon address appears exactly the same way that it appears in your Swanson account.
I called your customer care line, but they can't help me with my PayPal or Amazon account. Why?
Swanson Health Proudcts representatives are unable to view your PayPal and Amazon account information because they are third party payment tools. This is a measure to keep your information secure.
Can I add/remove an item from my Amazon/PayPal order?
No, unfortunately we’re unable to add or remove items from Amazon and PayPal orders.
What if my PayPal or Amazon order includes backordered items?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept PayPal and Amazon orders with backordered items.
Why is my card being authorized more than once?
Your order might include multiple shipments due to location availability. Because of this, a separate authorization might occur on your account for each shipment. Your credit card won’t be charged until your item(s) have shipped. You’ll only be charged the total amount given at the time of purchase.
Why won't PayPal accept my non-U.S. resident order?
PayPal can only accept payment in USD form.
