I received an email that one or more item(s) are backordered and can't be shipped with my order, yet your website says they are in stock. Why?
Our website reflects stock in all warehouses, but we only ship from one warehouse location for international orders. All items ordered must be in stock at this location in order to ship it internationally. Our international team will notify you if an item is backordered. You may either replace or remove that item from the order.
What do I do if my tracking number isn't working?
If your tracking number isn't working, please contact us at email@example.com. We will help you verify the progress and expected arrival time of your package.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email yet?
Our International team reviews all international orders to ensure authenticity. After, you will receive an email confirmation or an email asking for further billing address verification.
