How do I sign up for Easy Refill?
Go to the product page for the item you want to order. Select the Easy Refill option and the frequency you want to have the product delivered, then click the “Add To Cart” button. Check out like normal after you’ve added all items. You’ll receive a separate email showing any Easy Refill items and their delivery schedules.
How do I access my Easy Refill account?
Log in to your account like normal. Click on Easy Refill under the Member Programs tab on your My Account page. You may also access Easy Refill through the My Account drop-down menu on the homepage.
How do I cancel Easy Refill?
Go to the All Easy Refill Items section and click Delete Item next to each item until all items are deleted.
How do I change how often an item is sent?
Go to the All Easy Refill Items section. Next to the desired product, click the Every drop-down tab and select how often you want to receive the item. The newly selected frequency will take effect after your upcoming order has been processed.
How do I view future orders?
Go to the Your Next Order section. The “View other upcoming orders” drop-down will show you all other scheduled orders.
How do I add an item to my next order?
Go to the product page for the item you want to add. Click on the “Add To My (Date) Order” button. You may select a shipping frequency if you want to receive the item in the future or have the item delivered one-time only.
Why can't I add some items to my subscription?
Certain items aren’t eligible for Easy Refill. This includes discontinued, unavailable or backordered items. Specially priced items such as Deal of the Day or BOGO items can be added, but the sale price won’t be applied to the order. The only discount available with Easy Refill is the 10% discount off of Swanson Brand items with free shipping on orders over $50.
Is Easy Refill available in Canada?
No. Easy Refill is available for domestic orders only.
When and how do items ship for delivery?
Items scheduled for delivery will be placed for shipment on the next order date based on the selected frequency. Once your order is placed for shipment, it’ll usually ship in 24-48 business hours. All Easy Refill orders ship by standard shipping.
How do I change my shipping address?
In My Account, go to Address Book in the Account Settings section. Here you can verify if the new address has already been added, or select the option to add a new address. Next, open your Easy Refill page. Under the Your Next Order section, click Change in the Shipping section. You can either select a different address from the drop-down menu or add a new address. You’ll be asked to update the address either for all subscriptions or just the next order.
How do I change an order date?
Go to the Your Next Order section and click the Change Date option under the listed delivery date. A calendar will appear for you to choose the order date. If you have multiple order dates set up and want to update a future order date, select the desired date under the View other upcoming orders drop-down.
How do I change the delivery date of a specific item?
Go to the All Easy Refill Items section and locate the desired item. Click the Change Date option under the listed delivery date and select your preferred date on the calendar.
How do I skip a delivery?
Go to the Your Next Order section and select Skip This Order on the left. The next order date for the items will then be updated based upon their specific frequency setting. You’ll be asked to verify this change.
Will I be notified of backordered items that are scheduled for delivery?
Yes, your confirmation email will notify you of any backordered items. If an item remains unavailable for 30 days it’ll be cancelled and you won’t be charged. You'll either receive an email when your backordered item ships or when it's been cancelled.
How do I skip an item from my next order?
Under the Your Next Order section, click on Skip Item beside the desired item. You’ll be asked to verify this change. This will only remove the item from your next order. The item will ship again on the next delivery date based on the set frequency.
How do I resume delivery of a paused item?
Under the Paused Items section, click the Resume Delivery button under the desired item. If you have an active subscription, the item will be added to the next order. If you don’t have an active subscription, the next order date will be scheduled for the following day. Additional updates can be made to the item under the All Easy Refill Items section.
Can I cancel an item that is ready to ship?
Yes. You can edit or cancel an order up to 24 hours before the next order date.
When will I be charged for orders?
Your credit or debit card will be charged the day your order ships.
What price will I receive when my items are on sale at the time my order ships?
You’ll always receive Swanson Health Products' Every Day Low Price on your Easy Refill shipment. Various promotions and sales (email specials, Facebook promos, Deal of the Day discounts, buy-one-get-one-free (BOGO) offers, etc.) are excluded from the program.
What payment methods are accepted?
All orders require a credit or debit card payment. Multiple credit or debit cards cannot be used on a single order. Alternative payment methods, such as PayPal, aren’t accepted.
Which credit/debit card will be charged for my order?
Unless updated, the card you used when placing your first Easy Refill order will be charged.
How do I change the payment method for my orders?
In My Account, go to Payment Methods in the Account Settings section. Here you can verify if the new payment has already been added, or select the option to add a new payment. Next, open your Easy Refill page. Under the Your Next Order section, click Change in the Billing section. You can select the payment from the drop-down menu or click to add a new card. You’ll be asked to update the card either for all subscriptions or just the next order.
Can I change when I get email reminders?
No. You’ll receive an email reminder 10 days before your next Easy Refill order is placed.
How do I change the email address for order reminder emails?
Hover over the Your Account drop-down menu at the top of the website and select My Account. Under the Personal Information section in Account Settings, select the Notification Preferences link. Click the Edit button where your current email address is listed and click Done after updating.
