How do I sign up for EasyRefill?
Getting started couldn’t be easier! Once you’ve found your favorite product:
- Select the EasyRefill option, located below the product’s pricing information.
- Choose a delivery schedule from the dropdown, or take our recommendation based on pill count and serving size.
- Click the Add to Cart button and check out as usual.
After checking out, you’ll receive two emails—one email confirming your order, and another email confirming your EasyRefill subscription.
How do I access my EasyRefill management hub?
- Sign in to your account by using the Sign In link on swanson.com. Your account settings page will appear.
- Under the Member Programs tab, click the EasyRefill button. The EasyRefill management hub will appear, providing access to view or edit your existing subscriptions.
Note: You can also access the EasyRefill dashboard directly through the My Account dropdown menu on the home page while signed in.
How do I cancel EasyRefill?
Cancelling is simple. From the EasyRefill management hub, you can choose to cancel single products or an entire order. All cancellations must be made by 11:59pm Central Time (CT) the day before your next order is scheduled to be processed.
Click the Cancel link next to the item you want to cancel. If you want to cancel all EasyRefill items, click the Cancel link next to every item in this list. A popup box will ask you to confirm removal of each product that you cancel. A notification will appear at the top of the page confirming your change.
How do I change how often an item is delivered?
The EasyRefill management hub allows you to simply adjust the frequency of your deliveries by item. All delivery updates must be made by 11:59pm CT the day before you next order is scheduled to be processed.
Next to the product you wish to edit, click the dropdown named Every and select how often you want the item delivered. A notification will appear near the top of the page confirming your change. Your newly selected frequency will take effect when your upcoming shipment order has been processed.
How do I view future orders?
Under the Upcoming Shipment section of the EasyRefill management hub, you will find a list of orders, subscribed products and their scheduled delivery dates.
How do I add an item to my next order?
While logged in to your Swanson account, visit the product page for the item you want to add to your next order.
- Click the button labeled Add to My EasyRefill, which is located below the product pricing information. A popup will ask if you want to add the product as a one-time add-on to your next order, or if you want to subscribe to the product ongoing, and if so, how often you’d like it delivered.
- Choose your preferred option.
- Click the button labeled Add to Subscription Order. You will receive a popup confirming your new item. From this popup you can also click the button to View Your Upcoming Order.
How do I change my EasyRefill shipping address?
Under the Upcoming Shipment section of the EasyRefill management hub, you will find a list of subscribed products and their scheduled delivery addresses. Locate the Address dropdown option below each subscription item. From this dropdown you can add a new address or select a different address already associated with your account. Note: To prevent confusion and ensure optimum program performance, orders should only be placed for the account-holder. Account-sharing (sending to multiple users) is not recommended.
How do I change an order date?
Under the Upcoming Shipment section of the EasyRefill management hub, you will find a list of scheduled orders and their scheduled delivery dates.
- Locate and click the Change Date button above the order you wish to revise. A calendar will appear so you can select a new order date.
- Click on your preferred date to select it.
- Click the Change Date button on the calendar popup to confirm. You will receive notification at top of the page confirming your change.
If you need a product sooner than your scheduled delivery date, you can expedite an order by clicking the Send ASAP button at the top of the order. The full order will be placed right away.
How do I push out a date if I’m overstocked on a specific item?
Under the Upcoming Shipment section of the EasyRefill management hub, you will find a list of subscribed products and their scheduled delivery dates. Locate the Pause option next to the item you wish to change. A calendar will appear for you to choose a date for the item to resume. Click on your preferred date to select it.
How do I skip a delivery?
Under the Upcoming Shipment section of the EasyRefill management hub, you will find a list of upcoming orders and their scheduled delivery dates. At the top of each order you will find a button labeled Skip Shipment. Click the Skip Shipment button and a popup box will ask you to confirm the change. This will skip the entire scheduled delivery.
How do I skip a single item in my next order?
Under the Upcoming Shipment section of the EasyRefill management hub, you will find a list of products in your next order. Find the item you want to skip and click the Remove Item link, which is located beside the item listed. A popup box will ask you to confirm the change.
Note: This only removes the item from your next order. It will ship again on the following delivery date based on your scheduled frequency.
How do I pause delivery of an item?
Under the Upcoming Shipment section of the EasyRefill management hub, you will find a list of products in your next order.
- Find the item you want to pause and click the Pause link, which is located beside the item listed. A calendar will appear so you can select a future date to resume shipment.
- Click on your preferred date to select it.
- Click the Pause Subscription button on the calendar popup. A notification will appear near the top of the page confirming your change.
How do I resume delivery of a paused item?
When you pause an item following the directions above, you will be prompted to select a date for your item to resume shipment. Your item will automatically begin shipping again on the date you selected when you initiated the pause. If you do not want the item to resume later, simply cancel the item. You can always reactivate cancelled subscriptions.
Will I be notified of backordered items that are scheduled for delivery?
Yes, your confirmation email will notify you of any backordered items. If an item remains unavailable for 30 days it will be cancelled, and you won’t be charged. You'll receive an email when your backordered item ships or when it's been cancelled.
Why can't I add some items to my subscription?
Certain items aren’t eligible for EasyRefill, including discontinued, unavailable or backordered items.
Is EasyRefill available in Canada?
Not yet! EasyRefill is currently available for domestic orders only.
When and how do items ship for delivery?
Your EasyRefill order will be placed for shipment on the next order date based on the shipment frequency you selected. When an order is placed for shipment, it will typically ship within 24-48 business hours. All EasyRefill orders ship by standard shipping.
Can I cancel an item that is ready to ship?
Yes. You can edit or cancel an order up to 24 hours before the next order date.
When will I be charged for orders?
Your credit or debit card will be charged the day your order ships.
Can I take advantage of limited-time promotions with EasyRefill?
Limited-time promotions cannot be used in conjunction with EasyRefill. To keep our pricing simple and straightforward, subscribers will always save 15% on Swanson Brand items with free standard shipping on orders over $35.
What price will I receive when my items are on sale at the time my order ships?
You’ll always receive our Every Day Low Price on your EasyRefill shipment, plus subscribers always save 15% on Swanson® products in your subscription orders and free standard shipping on orders over $35.
Are sale items or Buy One Get One Free (BOGOs) available for Easy Refill orders?
Products labeled "on sale" are not eligible for Easy Refill. BOGOs are available as buy-one-get-one-free on your first order and all future orders through Easy Refill will ship one item at half price.
Which credit/debit card will be charged for my order?
Unless updated, the card you used when placing your first EasyRefill order will be charged.
What payment methods are accepted?
All orders require a credit or debit card payment. Multiple credit or debit cards cannot be used on a single order. Alternative payment methods, such as PayPal, are not accepted.

How do I view or change the payment method for my orders?
Under the Upcoming Shipment section of the EasyRefill management hub, find your next upcoming shipment. Beneath your upcoming shipment, you will find your payment information.
To edit your payment method:
- Select the Edit option below your payment information and you will be redirected to a Payment Methods page.
- From the Payment Methods page you can select a new primary payment card from existing cards on your account, edit the expiration date for an existing card, add a new credit card, or remove cards that you no longer want associated with your account.
- If you add a new card make sure to click the option labeled Make it My Primary beneath the new card information to set the new card as the payment method for EasyRefill orders. This will update the payment method for all future orders.
- To get back to EasyRefill from the Payment Methods page, click on the EasyRefill link in the left sidebar.
When will I get email reminders?
You’ll always receive an email reminder 5 days before your next EasyRefill order is placed.
How do I change the email address for order reminder emails?
- Sign in to your account by using the Sign In link at swanson.com. Your account settings page will appear.
- Under the Personal Information tab, click the button labeled Update Login.
- On the left sidebar, click the Notification Preferences link.
- Next to your subscribed email address, click the Edit button.
- Revise your email address, then click the Done button.
- Click the Update button at the bottom of the page to save the new email address.
How do I combine items to be in the same order?
EasyRefill items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will automatically ship as one order. If you have more than one EasyRefill item and want the items to ship in the same order, simply change the next order dates to be the same. Also, confirm that the shipping address, billing address and payment method are the same for all items.
