Summary of Customer Ratings & Reviews

Customer Ratings & Reviews

Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Soup Addition I've been using this product in soups & stews for years. I don't add salt to anything so this adds flavor & seasoning without salt. Seems to help take the gas out of bean products & tenderizes them. I use about 1/2 a strip, cutting it into tiny pieces with scissors into the pot at the beginning of the cooking period. May 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Kombu is my favorite seaweed. Each kind of seaweed has a unique taste. Kombu is a deep, soulful seaweed, and improves the taste of any cooked food - I use seaweed instead of salt in a recipe. This is a great brand, too. May 2, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Expensive Packing Peanuts These were basically cornstarch IIRC. They tasted awful and I ended up throwing them away...and I'm not even picky. July 28, 2011
