Ingredients: Water, USP Natural Progesterone (micronized from Wild Yam), Grapeseed Oil, Avocado Oil, Capric/Caprylic Triglycerides, Emulsifying Wax, Glyceryl Monostearate, Jojoba Seed Oil, Shea Butter, Aloe Vera Leaf Juice, Vitamin E (alpha tocopherol), Silk Amino Acids, Vegetable Glycerine, Sorbitol, Cyclomethicone, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCL), Methyl Cellulose, Allantoin, Dong Quai Extract, Black Cohosh Extract, American Ginseng Extract, Chaste Tree Extract (chasteberry), Maitake Extract, Maca Extract, Passionflower Extract, Fenugreek Seed Extract, Vitamin D (cholecalciferol), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), Sorbic Acid
Directions For Use: Apply 1 full pump, once a day, to the inner leg or the inner arm. Massage well into skin. Bottle may require priming before first use. To prime, invert bottle, tap bottom and pump.
Menstruating Women: Apply once a day, morning or night, on days 12 through 27 of your cycle (period starts on day 1).
Menopausal Women: Apply once a day, morning or night, for 25 consecutive days followed by a 5 day break.
Per Application/Each Metered Pump:
- 25 mg Natural Progesterone
- 2,000 IU Vitamin D
