Only soap we use!
We LOVE Burt’s bees for our baby products. My 8 month old kept getting dry patches with other washes, and once we switched to the Burt’s Bees line, we haven’t seen ANY! This wash smells so good, and my husband and I are constantly smelling him after bath time! I’m so happy there is a easy pump with this baby wash too.

Off putting scent
I bought this super excited to try it. We’ve been on the hunt for a natural shampoo that actually works! This is gentle and gets the job done but it has an (in my opinion) awful smell. My kiddos don’t like it either, so much so that they ask why it stinks every time they bathe. I’m bummed because we LOVE and use so many other Burt’s Bees products.

They’ve changed ingredients!!
I was using shampoo since my. Any was born and about 2 months ago I called bc I noticed that the color was different and I was worried I got a bad batch. I called and the company confirmed that they changed ingredients and looks like they added more lather prob to make people happier and make it feel more like a shampoo. Ehhhh bad idea, my babies’ hair has been rough and course recently and I was wondering why!! It’s the shampoo! I switched to a different brand and her hair was soft and shiny as baby hair should!

Not moisturizing enough
It dries and frizzes my little ones hair just plain awful please bring back the old formula with all the oils, or just create a conditioning/moisturizing shampoo with all these wonderful oil and add some of the other good ones.

Good for short hair
I have love Burt’s Bees baby line. I used it with both of my children but as my daughter’s hair has grown it’s started leaving her hair in a tangled mess. I would love for a detangler (even if it’s a second step to be added to the line of products.
