What's a Good Weight Loss Supplement for People Who Love Carbs?

Question: It seems like The Atkins Diet is still going strong, and I have to admit it works pretty well for me. But I really miss carbohydrates and can't seem to give up pasta and bread. If I were to choose a supplement for weight-loss what would you recommend?

In addition to The Atkins Diet, you may have noticed the term “GI” Diet popping up everywhere. My first impression was that it had something to do with the military—like rations of canned food! The GI Diet is actually a program that limits the intake of carbohydrates with a high Glycemic Index (GI), because they trigger a sharp spike of glucose in the blood. Carbohydrates with a low Glycemic Index break down slowly and release glucose gradually into the blood stream. Low GI foods keep you satisfied longer so you don't experience the persistent and unbeatable cravings for more food that accompany high GI foods. An interesting supplement called FenuLife has been proven to actually lower the GI of your favorite foods including normally high GI foods like pancakes by forming a viscous gel in the stomach and the intestinal tract. This could possibly be an effective ally in the weight battle for many individuals!
