Question: I have had both of these at different times. I have switched from one to the other. Would it be too much to take 500 mg of both? Possibly taking one in the morning and the other in the evening?

It stormed throughout the night leading up to the big day, and as the morning progressed it turned increasingly warm and humid... not your ideal running conditions.
