Question: I have had both of these at different
times. I have switched from one to the other. Would it be too much
to take 500 mg of both? Possibly taking one in the morning and the
other in the evening?
Well…it is ok to use both forms, although I think it may not be
necessary. Why? Because Acetyl L-Carnitine actually does everything
that regular L-Carnitine
does, plus it also can cross the blood/brain barrier and support
