INGREDIENTS: BROWN RICE, RICE BRAN, WATER.
STOVETOP COOKING INSTRUCTION: Put one package of pasta into 4.5 quarts (4.26 litres) of boiling water and add a tablespoon salt (if desired). Stir occasionally and cook medium-high on range for 15-16 minutesΔ or until desired tenderness is reached. Rinse with cold water for a superb texture. Drain well. Can be served hot or warm with any kind of pasta sauce or in your favorite pasta recipes, in hot soup, in salad, stir-fried, or as a casserole. Use it as you would like any regular pasta.The good texture of Tinkyáda® can withstand quite a bit of over-cooking.

Best gluten free pasta
Great gluten fee product, does not get mushy like other gluten pastaBrown rice based pasta
The product has cooking characteristics similar wheat products, but better health data, and without the mushiness of other plant plant products we tried.Amazing pasta
Will buy it again. Better than regular pasta. However, be mindful of the cook time. I cooked the pasta for 8 minutes not the recommended 15 minutes. I live in Louisiana the humidity levels may have played a role in the shorten cook time. Just a word of caution to test for Al dente before the recommendation time stated on the bag.
