This is good garlic. Has a fresh, strong flavor and no clumps like some brands.Mild and Tasty
These garlic granules are fairly mild compared to others I've tried. Depending on your preferences, these may be exactly what you're looking for. I normally like stronger flavored garlic but these will do fine. I'm storing these in a glass canning jar instead of the packet to keep them airtight and fresher. I will keep searching for a more pungent and stronger flavored garlic. I think these come from 'elephant garlic', a milder variety than usual.
