INGREDIENTS: Aqua (Water), Kaolin, Bentonite, Glycerin, Zinc Oxide, Propylene Glycol, Methylparaben, Phenoxyethanol, Citronellol, Geraniol, Linalool, Fragrance (Parfum), Iron Oxides (CI 77491)
DIRECTIONS: Apply over cleansed face. Avoid eye area. After 5 to 10 minutes, rinse with warm water.
CAUTION: For external use only. Keep out of the reach of children. If skin irritation occurs, stop using the product.

I use this once a week to pamper myself a little. After washing my face, I apply as directed then lay back on the couch for about 15-20 minutes and RELAX....it's wonderful. Everyone should give themselves a little time-out. And this is what I was looking for. It says 5-10 minutes on the label but it does not harm me leaving it on longer and I have somewhat sensitive skin.Not really mud like
I guess I was looking for something more on the mud side. This is very light in color and smooth. Not like a few mud masks I've used before. However, I would reccommend this product for value and effectiveness. You really cant go wrong with Queen Helen products. Great value, great price, great product.Have used this product for years
