One of the best and most delicious anti oxidants ever!
Baru nuts (sometimes called seeds or almonds) increase glutathione peroxidase which is probably the most powerful antioxidant our bodies make. They also taste delicious. I eat about 5 of these and take N-acetyl L cysteine every other day as that is the precursor to glutathione.
