DIRECTIONS: (Adult) For daily maintenance as an addition to your reduced calorie diet and exercise plan‡, take six (6) Liquid Soft-Gels per day in divided doses, with meals and a full glass (8oz) of water. For a more immediate response, take up to three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels one hour before activity. Do not take more than three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels in one dose and do not exceed six (6) Liquid Soft-Gels in one day. If caffeine keeps you up at night, do not take this product in the evening since it contains natural caffeine.
Usage Warnings: Do not use if safety seal is broken. This product contains natural caffeine and may affect blood pressure and/or heart conditions. Check with your doctor before using this product and engaging in activity, if you are using medication or have any medical conditions, including, but not limited to, heart disease, high blood pressure, an iron deficiency, a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice). Individuals with low blood pressure should not take this product. It is recommended to limit additional caffeine intake while taking this product. Do not use if you may become pregnant, are pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Not intended for use by persons under 18. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
