Good egg replacement for baking
I've generally used applesauce, pumpkin, or other veggie/fruit puree to replace eggs in vegan baking; but this is a nice lower sugar, neutral flavor option. Great for flatbreads, pancakes, muffins, cakes, soups & more. Would definitely purchase again & appreciate the chance to try it at a great discount! Thanks, Swanson!! Very satisfied purchaser! Not an egg product it’s not egg related it’s potato starch
I thought it was dehydrated eggs. It’s potato starch not what I wanted. But that’s probably my fault. If anyones interested I am willing to send it to yo free just pay for shippingPrepper Pantry Staple
Bought for my prepper pantry and have not used yet. I'm sure they'll be fine as an egg replacement.
