DIRECTIONS: SHAKE WELL BEFORE EACH USE. REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING. BEST IF USED WITHIN 45 DAYS FROM OPENING. Adults: Adults take 2 tablespoons daily. Suggestion: take daily for 8 weeks / stop for 1 week / resume regimen. It is recommended that you mix it with your favorite juice. Do not take on an empty stomach.
