AWESOMENESS!
Super Stress B-Complex is the best. After the first week of taking the capsules, I felt an immediate difference in my attitude and behavior. I was so relaxed and calm.
This really helped calm my nervousness. Of course along with exercise and healthy diet and adding the SSB-Complex did make a huge difference. I will not stop ordering this, I hope Swanson never stops making it.
An effect it has had on me is that I need to make frequent bathroom trips, and makes my urine really yellow and smell kinda funky. The capsules do have a distinct odor to them anyway, but it doesn't matter it's all worth it.

Super Stress Vitamin B Complex
Initially I purchased this product thinking I could combine my 'C' intake with my 'B', but it turned out the 'B's are quite lower then what I normally buy from Swanson which is 'B' Complex, much higher grams per 'B's. Except for that this is a good product just something to consider if your focus is on your 'B' supplements. The 'C' grams were the same for both.

Take one a day
My results are not as good as other reviewers. I take for the energy and stress department and dont notice a major change (maybe a small change but could be placebo). But for the price, I am going to continue to take.

Won't go without it!
I've been taking this multi-B Vitamin for years and they do exactly what they are supposed to do. They prevent me to have any B deficiencies, which I do get when I have missed taking them before in the past. This is a vitamin I definitely rely on.

Great Product

The One Two Punch
Another excellent value product from Swanson. This item gets 5 stars across the board. In fact it's one of the very best values they have amongst all of their products. This product includes 500mg of very good quality vitamin C which I've read enhances the potency of vitamin B. As far as the inactive ingredients go there are few and they are at the least inert, in other words they would do no harm as far as I know. There are about 9 other active ingredients that are all excellent in addition to the B1, B2, B6 and B12. So you're really getting a bunch of supplements for the price of one with this product, which is what makes the value so excellent in my opinion. Hence the 5 star rating I gave this product.

Good supplement
This is my favorite B supplement ever. Seems effective and efficient. I have no bad after-taste or after effect. I have felt more energetic since taking it.

I notice I feel generally calmer when I take this. I also this it helps me think more clearly during times of stress and busyness (probably because I am calmer?) It's hard to define how it helps ... but it does seem to make my days go better!

Immediately Effective
I've been going thru major stress for a number of months, and I've been dragging thru the day. Since I have a lot of things to do during the day, I was looking for something that would make me feel peppier.
I decided to try this, and I'm so glad I did! I'm impressed that it worked so quickly. I take 1 cap in the morning, and I'm good to go until nighttime. This is the best I've felt in quite a while! Of course, I've already ordered more. :-)

Great price for a great product
I sure do love this product and its great for stress, it has the vitamins to help relax a bit from that busy lifestyle. I need this product for my daily supplements for my training in the gym. I recommend this product to anybody, these are essencial vitamins for a number of different benefits.
