Great Product
My husband takes this and knows when he hasn't taken his daily dose. He has more energy and get-up and go . An extra plus is he gets his daily dose of Vitamin C all in one pill!

I have been using this supplement for several years now and try never to be without it! If I start to feel overly stressed in my body due to insufficient rest or a hectic schedule, I take an extra capsule, and it always seems to make the difference, taking the edge off any nervousness. This is the best choice for my vitamin B needs!

Powerful Combination
I've tried herbal and vitamin supplements that seem to do nothing. But this one is great. The B vitamins give me more energy than most people I know half my age. And this has the convenience of having vitamin C in the same pill.

best energy vitamin
love these I take 1 in themorning & 2 by 11 am & keeps me going threw the day & late afternoon if taken 2 late in the afternoon it keeps me going to late in the evening to fall asleep but everybody is different. will not do without this vitamin.

Is it working.... I can't tell
This is one of those products that I just can't tell if it is doing anything. Perhaps it is the formula. I can tell you that I have taken the ZIP product here at Swanson which is also full of Vit B and my wife and I can feel it working. Maybe this is working, maybe not...

B done with just one capsule
My daughter and I have found this product to be a huge help in our morning routines. All of the B vitamins that we want are all in one place, and we don't have to worry about taking anything else (b vitamin wise) because they are well-balanced and not too big! We both have found that we feel better, in general, when we take our B vitamins in the morning.
