I was recommend taking this with zinc for the maximum benefit. Its just what I need, great price. Can't beat it.

Great product
I have to take copper. The Dr recommended this dosage .locally you can only get 90 tabs per bottle. With this you get more than 3 times as much and it costs me about 2/3 less.

For Rich and Healthy Hair
Don't waste your money on hair dies. Copper is nature's way of keeping it healthy.
I take 1 tablet a day, and do not have to mess with dying my hair like my wife does.

Low Copper
I had a family member, that according to doctor blood tests, was experiencing low levels of copper. She started taking this supplement and it seems to be helping bring her copper levels back up.

Good produce
Exactly the same as GNC brand copper but 1/10th the cost. Chelated so good absorption. Highly recommended.

Swanson Copper
Copper is so over looked or even forgotten in the supplement world. However, if you take iron like I do, then you need to balance it out with copper. It's a low dose of only 2mg, so it won't 'compete' with the iron for absorbtion. It's just enough, and it the lowest price anywhere.
