Swanson Thin Crust Veggie Pizza

Directions:

1. Combine water and yeast in a cup and set aside for 20 minutes to rise, until bubbles form on the surface.

2. In a medium glass bowl, mix the flour, salt, garlic powder, basil and oregano.

3. After yeast and water have set for 20 minutes, pour the liquid in with the dry ingredients and mix until you have a ball of dough.

4. Remove the dough and coat the bowl with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

5. Transfer the dough back into the bowl and roll it in the oil to coat.

6. Cover with a kitchen towel and set the bowl aside in a warm place until the dough ball has doubled in size. This will take about an hour.

7. When dough is ready, roll and stretch it into a 14 inch circle and place it on a baking stone.

8. Brush the dough with olive oil, then spread pizza sauce on the dough and layer your ingredients.

9. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes, or until golden brown on the bottom and bubbly on the top.
