It's a good B supplement overall, but I would recommend with reservations. It contains the inferior B-12 with less bioavailability, an important concern especially for vegetarians.

OMG super is correct
after reading the reviews, I thought why not try it ! & I am happy I did. right from the get go it gave me energy & no jitters. I take 1 or 2 per day after I eat & @ my age 50 + I now have energy, & sleep better @ night. Yes I said sleep better I never realized how much of vit. b I was missing in my body. I will never go w/o this vit. & now my husband wants to try it & for the price you can not go wrong.

All the B's + C!
One of my staples, this product gives me extra energy and the extra vitamin C I need during the winter months. The capsule is pretty large, but I like that I only need to take one. B vitamins have a unique aroma, but I really only care about how I feel after I take them. Or more importantly, how I feel if I don't take them.

I have been taking B Vitamin Stress Tabs for about
12 years having been told to do so by my personal MD physician. Swanson's has proven to be as good as any other and with a much lower price.

Got to have my B's
Especially during the winter I have to have the extra B's and C. I find that this product delivers the energy I'm looking for plus the boost of C I'm hoping my immune system will benefit from. It is a rather large capsule and I have to take it with food. Even then I can get stomach upset. Ideally it needs to be taken twice a day which I find a drawback. I do notice a decrease in energy if I allow myself to run out.

I was drinking an energy drink.
The vitamins in this are comparable, probably
more than there's. I am 55 and this works for
me when needed.

This Really Seems To Make A Difference
My husband and I started taking this B-Complex about a month ago, and we both can really tell a positive difference in our energy level. I am 57, he is 61, and like most people our age, we frequently lament the loss of our youthful energy. But this morning as I write this, we are in our new 5th wheel camping trailer on our final leg of a 19 day 3,400 mile roundtrip drive from New Mexico to Washington State... and, while we are eager to get back home later today, we are NOT exhausted!
