Works Well To Alkalize Distilled, Filtered Water
I purchased this product when the the Swanson Magnesium Glycinate was out of stock. I use these magnesium powders to alkalize water that I have distilled and filtered. Both work well but the citrate version is probably a touch more transparent and tasteless at the expense of the soft, pillowy mouthfeel of the glycinate version. The glycinate version dissolves MUCH easier though.Great for electrolyte drink
This powdered form works great in making an electrolyte water, along with potassium, sodium and a squeeze of lemon.A 10 star supplement!
Love this Magnesium Supplement! It’s 100% pure and like that it’s in powdered form as it can be added to smoothies! Wished all supplements were powdered form like this one with “no” other ingredients! It’s a 10 star product!
