Easy to swallow
I have a hard time taking those large calcium supplements. This is in capsule form and makes it easy to swallow.Excellent product
Excellent product, I highly recommend itMuch easier to take
I bought this because the capsules are easier to take than the large ones I was taking. I appreciate that, even though I have to take 5 per day in order to get the 1000 mg of calcium I need. (The larger ones I took required me to take 3 per day) I take the citrate because I believe it absorbs easier. I do not know if the quality is better; I only know I need the calcium!
