Natural Progesterone Cream from Source Naturals delivers natural progesterone USP from soy. Source Natural's cream is paraben free.
Ingredients: Deionized water, aloe vera leaf gel, cetearyl glucoside, caprylic/capric triglyceride, cetyl alcohol, glycerin, natural progesterone USP from soy (500 mg per ounce), tocopheryl acetate (natural vitamin E), wild yam root extract, lecithin phospholipid, glyceryl stearate & PEG-100 stearate, jojoba seed oil, squalene, benzyl alcohol, phenoxyethanol, stearic acid, grapefruit seed extract, ginseng root extract, sorbic acid, xanthan gum, and rosemary oil.
Suggested Use: Massage 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of cream twice daily into smooth skin areas such as the wrists, inner arms or thighs, throat, abdomen or chest. Premenopausal women use for 14 days prior to the first day of menstruation, discontinue and repeat. Menopausal and postmenopausal women use for 21 days, discontinue for 7 days and repeat. These are general recommendations only and may need to be modified for individual needs. Please consult your healthcare professional for specific situations.

Effective and convenient
I have been using this progesterone for years. Very satisfied with the quality, effectiveness, value, and, for me, it is very important that this comes in a tube; I hate products that require putting my fingers or an applicator into the product, which is unsanitary. It has a scent, reminiscent of essential oils or herbal, which I like. Lastly, it is not as tacky as the others I used.Wonderful Product
I have used Emerita Natural Progesterone cream for years, but was looking for something that absorbs better. Source Naturals Progesterone cream is a great alternative. It seems to absorb much more quickly and I have noticed that it is more effective. It does contain more progesterone per ounce than the Emerita brand, and it costs less!This cream does have an unusual scent. I am guessing it is from the Rosemary oil that it contains. I like the scent, but if a person doesn't, it dissipates very quickly anyway.Today, I am ordering again for the second time. This is definitely my new source for progesterone.Package size convenience
My first purchase of the Progesterone cream was the 4oz. jar as recommended by a friend. During the course of using it, I wrote to Swanson customer service and recommended that they have it packaged in a tube because sticking my fingers into the jar raised the thought of contamination. Lo and behold, on another visit to the Swanson website I discovered that there was a 2oz. tube package available. Recently when it was time to reorder, I purchased two 2oz. tubes. I am glad that I did this because dispensing from a tube is more convenient and considerably more accurate to measure the quantity for each use.
