Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Juglans regia (Walnut) Shell Powder, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearic Acid, Avena sativa (Oat) Kernel Meal, Honey, Glyceryl Stearate, Stearyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Kaolin, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Isopropyl Myristate, Dimethicone, Triethanolamine, Fragrance (Parfum) Carbomer, Propylene Glycol, Diazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Phenoxyethanol.
Directions: Moisten face and neck with warm water. Apply a small amount of facial scrub with wet fingertips and gently massage into skin, avoiding the sensitive areas near your eyes. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry.
CAUTION: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with cool tap water. For external use only. Keep out of the reach of children.

I have been using this oatmeal scrub for years now and I absolutely love it and you can't beat the price. Most scrubs have a really fine grain which really doesn't polish my skin that well. My skin feels silky smooth after using this scrub.
