For a Cup of Coffee: Use less HealthWise™ ground coffee than other coffees and obtain the same coffee strength. For a mellow full flavor - begin with one level tablespoon and increase in one teaspoon increments.
(Three teaspoons = One tablespoon)
Brewing Directions: Use one tablespoon of coffee per ten ounces of cold water.

It gives me stomach acid; opposite of what I wanted.Low acid, low caffeine
I like it because it seems to have NO ACID. It has no taste (to me) and so little caffeine!! Best for me. thank you.Very fair price
