I was using the blanched almond flour but the unblanched 'natural' is absolutely delicious!!! It has much more flavor and body. Amazing difference in my Lemon Pound Cakes. However, for those who are making confections they wish to be ultra light and white, you may prefer the blanched almond flour....but not my family.... we really enjoy the added flavor and texture of the unblanched flour and have confidence in Red Bob's quality and Swanson's!! Thank you!!YUMMY!
I like to use alternative flours and almond is one of my favorites. Bob's superfine really mixes well in my baked goods like brownies.
