INGREDIENT: Organic Whole Grain Quinoa
Manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts and soy.
BASIC COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a 2 quart pot. Add 1 cup quinoa and return to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to medium and simmer until water is absorbed, about 12 minutes. Remove from heat, fluff, cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings (4 cups).

Threw it Out After One Tasting
This was my first time tasting quinoa and this stuff was horrible. It tasted like bird feed and had no flavor no matter what I added to it. I'm not sure if other forms of straight quinoa taste better but I will stick to quinoa chips and pasta. Those are delicious
