INGREDIENTS: Whole Grain Oats, Brown Sugar, Cane Sugar, Flaxseed Meal, Salt, Natural Maple Flavor (maltodextrin, modified food starch, caramel color, natural flavors).

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Stovetop: Bring 2/3 cup water to boil. Add oats, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand for minutes.
  • Boiling Water: Place oats in heatproof bowl and add ½ cup boiling water. Stir, cover and let stand for 3-5, minutes, until water is absorbed.
  • Microwave: Place oats in a microwave-safe bowl and add ½ cup water. Stir, cover and microwave on high for 1-1:30 minutes, until water is absorbed. Let stand for 1 minute. Stir well before eating.

Store in a cool dry place.
